Throughout my career, I have provided services to a diverse range of industries, each with its unique requirements and preferences. While many professionals focus on a particular vertical, my breadth of experience has allowed me to cater to multiple industries more effectively. While accident investigation is often misconstrued as simply gathering information and creating a report, there is much more to it than that.

Rather than just responding to clients who seek my services, I firmly believe that individuals within their respective industries should be proactive in preparing for potential risks before they occur. Similar to military intelligence, each sector should gather forward intelligence to ensure their readiness in the event of a risk realization occurrence.

For example, individuals may need to act in their best interest in the event of a road traffic collision or investigate an incident for a colleague, client, or employee. They may also need to defend themselves against civil claims, criminal charges, or insurance repudiation, develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent future serious incidents, prosecute or defend someone in a trial or hearing, or evaluate expert reports or witness versions in criminal, civil, operational, or insurance matters. I have over 20 years of experience in these areas, across a variety of industries, environments, countries, and jurisdictions, and have been involved in both sides of many disputes.
